The doings of the present are the history of tomorrow, so it is our intention to build up a really impressive collection of contemporary images of the town, its buildings, businesses, people and attractions and preserve their images and their stories.

We are lucky to live at a time when modern media make it far easier than ever before to build up a collection of photographs, audio tapes, copies of documents and videos.  This is very much work in progress and once we move into the Library we should have the facilities to develop this as never before, so join us.
